San Francisco

Initially, visiting SF was not in the plan so I didn’t do much research on the city. But luckily, I have some dear friends who literally guided my whole trip in SF. I must say, it was the best abrupt decision. I realized we don’t have any idea how much we miss some of our friends until you see them. So I highly suggest you to visit your old pals, ride back to that memory lane and enliven your good old memories.

There are innumerable things you can do in SF. However, there are three things that you must not miss while visiting SF for the first time for a perfect one day trip.

3 THINGS YOU CAN’T MISS WHILE YOU ARE IN SAN FRANCISCO

The Golden Gate Bridge:

“If you didn’t visit The Golden Gate, you didn’t visit San Francisco.

I don’t know about others but I was thrilled to see the Golden Gate Bridge with my own eyes as I had only seen it on the movies. It was fascinating to see this beautifully architected bridge standing tall connecting the San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean making it a scenic place for people to come for the view and to take pictures. I was blown away by the fact that this bridge beautifully built as pride and symbol of San Francisco.

They call it world’s most photographed bridge. And also the bridge is popular for committing suicide.

Lombard Street:

I am sure many of you have seen Lombard Street in TV series and the movies like the Golden Gate Bridge. However, being here in person is a whole different feeling and experience.
The steep winding downhill going one way road is not everybody’s cup of tea, if you are riding in your car and you get motion sickness.

Lombard Street is one of the steepest and most crooked streets in the world for a safety reasons, they say. Lombard Street’s steepness is next level. I am from Texas, everything is plain and simple LOL! But the view!

Twin Peak:

A short hike or a car ride to the Twin Peak and you can get a mesmerizing 360-degree view that features SF city. This is a good place to spend your day and it is free! I can definitely say that the locals enjoy this view as much as the tourists do.

That’s how my San Francisco trip ended. I am sure you gonna enjoy your SF trip too!
