A VERY CHERRY DAY

There are so many cherry picking farms you can visit around Hood River area. The Hood River Valley is like cherry heaven if you love cherries like me.

It just happened to be HOOD RIVER U PICK family farm for us. The farm was cute and well managed.

Taking break in middle of eating.

Honestly Cherry picking has been on my “must do” list as long as I can remember. Now I got taste of it, I want more days like this! Imagine summer breeze touching you softly and stuffing your face with cherries right from the tree with the view of three mountains Mount HoodMount Saint Helensand Mount Adams around you. Oregon is my favorite!

People were having picnic with their family. There was cute piglets, goats and some other farm animals. There are hammocks and picnic tables. All together it was a pleasant day at the farm.

If these piglets do not melt your heart, something is wrong!

THINGS TO KNOW:

Don’t forget to bring cash. That will be a easier transition.

Tip them if possible!

Bring your drinking water (cuz I was feeling thirsty but couldn’t find water around)

Extra tip: I ate too much cherries, couldn’t control myself. I got loose motion after like an hour. I don’t know if it’s just me or might happen to others as well, so know how much you can eat or look for restrooms nearby. No Regrets tho!
